Liturgical Planning
The Liturgy & Literature Secretary is responsible for planning and organizing liturgical services and worship activities within the diocese. This involves selecting appropriate liturgies, hymns, and prayers for various occasions and seasons of the church calendar.
Worship Resources
The secretary is tasked with sourcing, compiling, and developing worship resources and liturgical materials for use by the clergy and congregations. This may include preparing liturgical booklets, service orders, and other materials to enhance worship experiences.
Training and Education
The Liturgy & Literature Secretary may organize training sessions or workshops for clergy and lay leaders to enhance their understanding of liturgical practices and to promote meaningful worship.
Literature Development
This role involves overseeing the development and publication of religious literature, including books, pamphlets, and other materials related to theology, spirituality, and Christian education.
Translation and Transcription
