Church of South India (CSI), the School Education Convener's responsibilities include:
Curriculum Development
Overseeing the development and implementation of the school curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the Medak Diocese and the Church of South India.
Teacher Training
Organizing and facilitating training programs and workshops for teachers to enhance their teaching skills and promote professional development.
Examination Coordination
Coordinating the examination process, setting examination schedules, ensuring the smooth conduct of exams, and overseeing the evaluation process.
Academic Planning
Collaborating with school principals and teachers to plan academic activities, set learning objectives, and monitor students' progress.
Administrative Tasks
Handling administrative duties related to school education within the Medak Diocese, including record-keeping, resource management, and budget allocation.
Student Support
Implementing programs and initiatives to support students' academic, emotional, and spiritual growth within the context of Christian education.
Parent and Community Engagement
Facilitating effective communication between the schools and parents, as well as engaging with the local community to foster a positive educational environment.
Educational Policy
Staying informed about educational policies and regulations at the national, state, and diocesan levels, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
School Accreditation
Overseeing the process of obtaining and maintaining educational accreditations and certifications for the schools under the Medak Diocese.
Spiritual Integration
Ensuring that the Christian values and principles are integrated into the education system, fostering an environment of moral and ethical development.
